Peter Horrell

Peter Horrell is Global Head of Workplace and Personal Investing
London, England

Peter leads Fidelity’s significant and growing Global Workplace and Personal Investing business. This covers the Global Defined Contribution pension servicing businesses in the UK, Germany, Hong Kong and Japan and Personal Investing in Asia, Germany and the UK which provides open architecture products and services to direct consumers. Peter also leads on FundsNetwork and FIL Fondsbank who provide intermediary platform services in the UK and Germany respectively;.

Peter joined Fidelity International as Managing Director of its UK Business and a member of the Global Operating Committee in March 2015. Peter is also a board member at the Investment Association.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Peter held several senior positions at Barclays; most recently Chief Executive, Wealth & Investment Management. Peter has extensive experience across financial services, having led teams within Wealth and Investment Management, Corporate Banking and Retail Banking divisions during his 24 year career at Barclays.

Kevin Barry

President, Workplace Investing at Fidelity Investments
Boston, MA United States

Kevin leads Fidelity Investments’ Workplace Investing, which provides retirement solutions and benefit programs for millions of Americans. The team works closely with thousands of companies to design and implement efficient workplace benefit programs, which includes 401(k), pension and equity compensation plans.

Prior to joining Fidelity in 2006, he worked in the consumer products industry, including at Gillette and Frito-Lay, learning the discipline of unrelenting focus on the consumer experience.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and a Masters of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Julian Webb

Global Head of Workplace Investing & Stock Plan Service Distribution
London, England

Julian joined Fidelity in 2004 and is the Head of Workplace Investing Business in the UK. In this role Julian leads the overall strategic and corporate management of the UK Workplace Investing Business. In addition, he provides business and oversight support to Fidelity’s other DC Businesses in Germany, Hong Kong and Japan.

Julian's previous roles include Head of the UK DC Business and Head of UK DC Business Development. Prior to the creation of the DC and Workplace Savings Business in 2011, Julian held additional responsibility as Head of Fidelity FundsNetwork.

Julian previously worked at Friends Provident Plc where he was Head of Corporate Pensions. He has over 30 years’ experience in the corporate pensions and retirement market.

Christof Quiring

Head of Workplace Investing,
Germany

Christof joined Fidelity in 2006 and is Head of Business Development for Workplace Investing in Germany. In this role he is responsible for investment and pension solutions for corporate clients.

Prior to joining Fidelity, he led the pension management business at Invesco Germany. Before this, he was a corporate consultant in investment banking at I&K Beratung.

Christof obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in business economics from the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen and completed a bank apprenticeship with UBS Deutschland AG.

Yosuke Honjo

Head of Defined Contribution Pension Sales Japan
Tokyo, Japan

Yosuke has been working for Fidelity International for over 12 years and is the Head of the Defined Contribution (DC) pension business in Japan.

He focuses on Fidelity’s retirement product offering to over 3,000 corporate schemes, partnering with local Plan Administrators and Plan Sponsors. Prior to this Yosuke gained international experience with a role in the UK DC Business Development team in London.

Yosuke has a B.A. in Chemical Engineering and a M.A. in Environmental Economics from Kyoto University in Japan. He is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA).
 

KP Luk

Head of Defined Contribution Hong Kong
Hong Kong

KP joined Fidelity in 2010 and is the Head of Hong Kong DC Business. In this role KP is responsible for developing the overall DC business strategy in Hong Kong.

Before joining Fidelity KP worked at Schroder Investment Management in Hong Kong and headed up the company's Client Directors and Defined Contribution business since 2003.  He has over 24 years of experience in the business.

KP holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor Degree in Management and Marketing from Curtin University in Australia.

Daniel Smith

Director, Workplace Investing at Fidelity International
London, England

Dan joined Fidelity in 2002 and is the Director of DC Business Development.  In this role he is responsible for leading all the client facing and distribution activity for the UK Bundled WI business. He manages strategic relationships with large consulting firms and providing executive sponsorship to some of Fidelity’s most strategic clients.

Dan is also key in driving the distribution strategy for the business as well as playing a lead role in coordinating activity between the UK and International relationship teams to facilitate global client engagement.

Dan previously worked at Baring Asset Management and Prudential Assurance.

Shane Ayres

Vice President, Institutional Distribution
Toronto, Canada

Shane leads the firm’s Defined Contribution growth strategy and is responsible for management of its National Accounts business. Prior to his current role, Shane held various roles including Director of Institutional Sales and Service and Manager of DC Program Development.

Before joining Fidelity in 2004, Shane worked at Canada Life, providing retirement services to pension plan sponsors and their employees. He has been in the investment industry since 1997.

Shane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ryerson University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
