Kevin Barry

President, Workplace Investing at Fidelity Investments
Boston, MA United States

Kevin leads Fidelity Investments’ Workplace Investing, which provides retirement solutions and benefit programs for millions of Americans. The team works closely with thousands of companies to design and implement efficient workplace benefit programs, which includes 401(k), pension and equity compensation plans.

Prior to joining Fidelity in 2006, he worked in the consumer products industry, including at Gillette and Frito-Lay, learning the discipline of unrelenting focus on the consumer experience.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and a Masters of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.


Keith Metters

Global Head of Workplace Investing
London, England

Keith Metters joined Fidelity International as Global Head of Workplace Investing and is a member of the Global Operating Committee in May 2020.

Keith is responsible for managing Fidelity’s significant and growing Global Workplace business, which covers the Defined Contribution pension servicing businesses in the UK, Germany, Hong Kong and Japan as well as the International Pension Plan business and Stock Plan Services distribution.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Keith spent 20 years at Fidelity Investments in the US, where he held various roles in finance, sales, service delivery, and relationship management within the Fidelity Broadband Group, COLT Telecommunications, Personal Investing, and Workplace Investing. Since 2017, Keith was Senior Vice President and Head of Core Market Relationship Management accountable for business strategy, retention, engagement, and growth for 20,000+ Workplace Investing clients.

Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Keith served in various finance and strategy roles in the telecommunications industry and was an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science from Bryant University, Master of Business Administration and Master in International Business both from the University of Colorado.

Christof Quiring

Head of Workplace Investing,

Christof joined Fidelity in 2006 and is Head of Business Development for Workplace Investing in Germany. In this role he is responsible for investment and pension solutions for corporate clients.

Prior to joining Fidelity, he led the pension management business at Invesco Germany. Before this, he was a corporate consultant in investment banking at I&K Beratung.

Christof obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in business economics from the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen and completed a bank apprenticeship with UBS Deutschland AG.


Atsushi Kuroyanagi

Head of Defined Contribution Pension Business Japan
Tokyo, Japan

Atsushi joined Fidelity 2020 and is Head of Defined Contribution (DC) Pension Business in Japan. In this role Atsushi is responsible for planning DCIO business strategy in Japan and focuses on partnering with local plan administrators.

Before joining Fidelity Atsushi had been involved in this business for over 10 years including 1 year experience of US DC business in 2004. Atsushi has a bachelor of economic from Keio University.

KP Luk

Head of Hong Kong,
Hong Kong

KP joined Fidelity in 2010 and is the Head of Hong Kong. In this role KP is responsible for developing the overall DC business strategy in Hong Kong.

Before joining Fidelity KP worked at Schroder Investment Management in Hong Kong and headed up the company's Client Directors and Defined Contribution business since 2003.  He has over 24 years of experience in the business.

KP holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor Degree in Management and Marketing from Curtin University in Australia.


Daniel Smith

Head of UK Full Service Workplace Investing
London, England

Dan joined Fidelity in 2002 and leads the UK Full Service Workplace Investing business. He manages strategic relationships with large consulting firms and providing executive sponsorship to some of Fidelity’s most important UK clients.

Dan is also key in driving the distribution strategy for the business as well as playing a lead role in coordinating activity between the UK and International relationship teams to facilitate global client engagement.

Dan previously worked at Baring Asset Management and Prudential Assurance.

Shane Ayres

Vice President, Institutional Distribution
Toronto, Canada

Shane leads the firm’s Defined Contribution growth strategy and is responsible for management of its National Accounts business. Prior to his current role, Shane held various roles including Director of Institutional Sales and Service and Manager of DC Program Development.

Before joining Fidelity in 2004, Shane worked at Canada Life, providing retirement services to pension plan sponsors and their employees. He has been in the investment industry since 1997.

Shane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ryerson University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
