Women & Money
Giving women the tools and information to invest for retirement with confidence.
Fidelity International first launched its Women and Money campaign in 2018, to understand women’s attitudes towards investing and achieving their long-term financial goals. Since then, we’ve looked at the gender pension gap and how women approach retirement planning, where they go for help and advice, and the impact of the pandemic upon their financial wellbeing - most recently exploring the experiences of women around the world in our Global Women and Money Study.
As we continue to adapt to uncertainty and changes in the world around us, financial independence is more important than ever - allowing us to shape the lives we want by seizing opportunities and overcoming obstacles. However, our latest Global Women and Money Study revealed that only half of women feel financially independent. Within our latest study we look at what this means for women, both in the UK and globally, and how to overcome the barriers standing between them and greater security.
