Our latest global retirement research Retirement Realities: Understanding Workplace Stress Around Retirement shows that nearly all (96%) workers surveyed globally continue to share a long-term goal: being financial comfortable in retirement.

However, the path to that goal can be challenging. Many workers struggle with knowing how much to save for retirement, lack confidence in their abilities to save and often don’t know how much income they might need in retirement.

This uncertainty has real implications for employers. Among workers who feel stressed about saving enough for retirement, 60% say it affects their ability to concentrate at work, and many of those nearing retirement are changing their timelines.
